Chad and I have been colleagues for 4 years already, and I must say she's one of my seniors who taught me well from handling patients until I became one of the team leaders. Seeing Chad and how she handled serious and emergency situations made me in awe and inspired me to become one as well someday; how she dealt with the staff and managed the unit made our lives and the unit's flow easier. I can say the unit will be in a difficult situation if she's not around. Most of the patients are asking for Chad, especially for the difficult cannulation and new fistula or graft that needs to be cannulated. She's the most OUTSTANDING STAFF IN HEMODIALYSIS FOR ME AND MOST OF THE OTHER STAFF.

She is doing marvelous efforts, during my stay in hemodialysis I can see that she’s very hands on on every patients and expert in her field of work. Handling issues and emergency situations smoothly and professionally.
