My father was in Baywood ER waiting for a bed to open at the Heart Hospital. He was cold and sick and miserable. Chantae was peppy and warm and caring. She smiled every time she came in. She offered to get him more comfortable. She paid attention to his clinical health as well as his mental health. She was as sweet as could be.

Being in the Emergency Room from 7:30 PM to 2:30 AM is a discouraging thing. You are left alone for long periods of time. You don't know if you will be admitted, many tests are run, you are fearful. Chantae connected with us, gave us updates, and checked on us regularly. We appreciated her!
