Ms. Chaquanta Brown, LPN has worked at ECRH for over eleven years on Camillia. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. She is attentive to CNA concerns and delegates as needed for resolution. Ms. Brown frequently orients new hires during orientation, and she is very dependable. Ms. Brown exhibits everything you envision when thinking about what a nurse should be. She is "old school" in her work ethic. She shows compassion to all the residents, family members, and staff. Ms. Brown's day-to-day interaction with some of the "more challenging" residents never seems to deter her from the mission of providing quality care.
