Charles is an absolutely amazing nurse. He is so kind and willing to go out of his way to help patients. Any day that Charles is working, you know it will be a good shift. He is always willing to help co-workers and always advocating for the patients and staff.
Charles is usually the charge RN and we all know that if there are problems to solve, he will help. He has great bedside skills and is extremely friendly. He is knowledgeable and able to help new grads understand some of our very complex patients. He is also recognized by the interdisciplinary team as an outstanding role model for communication with providers, collaborating with other departments and nursing units.
Charles is always focused on what is best for the patients, and never brings added stress to the situation. I appreciate his positive attitude and great smile!
