In the midst of launching the Epic System, Charles still managed to put my care first. He was very aware of my level of pain, and made sure I was comfortable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and showed genuine concern for my comfort and care. He showed extreme professionalism, and went above and beyond when it came to my care and comfort. Charles is a great team player. From the moment he walks in he is on the go, doing whatever he can to do to support the staff. What I appreciate most is the comic relief he provided when the tensions were high. He is such an awesome charge nurse all the time. His help and patience is always appreciated. HE is the best charge nurse ever!
