We had the pleasure of having Charron as our nurse for 2 days in the PICU. She was such a godsend to our family. We were so pleased with the type of care, expertise, and genuine heartfelt emotion displayed. She was always right there to comfort us and to guide us in our son's current state and what to expect. She made us feel like she was advocating for our son. It was either speaking up for us, explaining treatments or just talking. We could feel her love and sincere devotion to her job. I hope other families can experience her care and love.

She loves and cares for her patients like they are her own. She goes out of her way to make parents feel better.

She is the most intuitive to my child's needs and my own. Her calmness brings me peace for my child. I actually felt like God sent one of his angels to us the first day we had Charron. She reminds me that my girl is in the best hands and to go take care of myself. I am grateful to have her here for my daughter and for others. Charron is a gift from God.

She is very good at staying on top of things. She is awesome at keeping me informed and the steps they take. She has a calmness about her that you feel she allows God to flow through her healing hands.
