My dad was admitted to the hospital and died the following day in the ICU. While he was in Chelsea's care, she made my dad and our family feel like he was her only patient. She was always cheerful and genuinely kind and caring to him. As his health deteriorated, she was encouraging and supportive of him. We saw tears in her eyes when we found out he might not live. After he was moved to ICU she came up after her shift ended to see him and wrote a note on his marker board. My dad asked her for a hug and she was willing to do that! He died hours later but she made him feel so cared for the entire time which was such a blessing to us!
