Very few people have the ability to do their job with the positivity that Cheryl exudes. She is one of the most dedicated, hard-working people I know. As our educator, she has the tremendous responsibility of being one of the first people to whom our new employees are exposed. In my opinion, there is no one better suited than Cheryl. She always has a smile on her face and her kindness and patience are palpable. There is never a time when you feel like you are imposing or interrupting her; quite the opposite, she stops what she is doing and gives you her full attention. Cheryl is so amazingly hard-working and dedicated; she accepts new challenges and responsibilities and just runs with them! She is a caring and compassionate presence and such an asset to our agency and our leadership team. Thank You, Cheryl, for all you do for our team members, patients, and families!

Cheryl has the opportunity in her role as Home Health Educator to touch the life and development of not just every nurse, but every clinician on our home care team. She truly does just that. Cheryl is warm and approachable to all team members. She provides honest feedback and presents it positively even when she must be frank and honest about something that may not be positive. Her compassion and support for each learner always shines through. She has been an invaluable resource for our team for all topics from OASIS documentation, to use of the tablet, nursing skills, and case management.

Recently, Cheryl has been instrumental in getting our agency educated to a new computer system. She is always kind and friendly and willing to help. If she is unsure of the answer, she will attempt to find it. In the midst of the new computer training, she has had to continue to orient new team members. She is very thorough in her instructions on new policies and procedures that impact both nurses and therapists. Cheryl is a wonderful asset to Baptist Home Health Care.
