Cheyenne’s care is unequal.
Cheyenne’s care is unequal. My dad had a rough first night in ICU and Cheyenne came on shift the 2nd day and turned everything around. She spoke to dad and our family with deep respect and compassion, brought an extra chair for his visitors, and was steadfastly optimistic. She made sure to always, every day, let dad know he was doing well, reassuring him at every turn, despite the challenges of life in the ICU. She was always looking for ways to improve his comfort, whether that was with a medicine, Chapstick, or better IV access. She had unfailing patience with our family, as we asked questions and asked her to check his IV multiple times, along with many other ways that we took of her time. I can’t thank her enough for her kind and compassionate care while my dad was in ICU!
