My dad was admitted to the ICU after a very sudden and scary onset of sepsis. My parents were navigating this all alone as all of us kids live out of state. Dad moved to general care but, unfortunately, quickly deteriorated and landed back in the ICU. Both of them were rightfully fearful and didn’t have the best experiences until they met Chris.

He explained everything that was happening and kept us informed of labs with excellent explanations. He provided great care, was thorough and caring, and had a great approach that helped ease everyone’s fears. He treated my dad with such respect and was gentle with him. He took the time to truly show he cared. We are so thankful and appreciative of him. Chris was wonderful! Chris was attentive, kind, and caring with all of us.

Being an ICU nurse myself, I was very impressed and so grateful he had been here. By the time all of us kids arrived, we could also be assured that Chris was there for both our dad and mom. Thank you for all you do. We appreciate you!
