My brother was in the hospital for 30+ days. Chris was his nurse frequently. Near the end of his life, Chris answered all my questions, made sure my brother was comfortable and offered hugs to me. I was there for hours and Chris made me feel like we were in this together. The last day I saw Chris, I was on crutches for surgery the day before. He brought me an extra chair, offered me ice and even instructed me on the proper use of those crutches. All things he didn't have to do because I was the visitor. I'm happy he was there when my brother moved on to his next adventure.
