My grandfather was admitted here with a broken hip and very slim chances of surviving surgery due to weak lungs, heart, and kidneys. Chris was our nurse on night shift and he was amazing at his job. Chris has compassion and knowledge and goes above and beyond to do what needs to be done. My grandfather is a very needy and demanding person (due to his situation). He is very hard to deal with at times. He rang and yelled many times per night and Chris was just as kind the 100th time as he was the very first time. He was very patient and very caring. He is definitely one of life's most precious helpers and his service is priceless. I can't even begin to explain how much he made a difference. It takes a special person to deal with someone that well when they are at their worst. I would just like to thank him for taking such wonderful care of my grandpa. He is very much appreciated by me and my family. I would like to thank him for his dedication. Nurses like this are like angels on earth sent to care and comfort the sick. To give so much of yourself to give comfort and healing to someone else... he deserves to be honored, not just today, but every day. Thank you so much!
