Christina made sure I was completely informed on what was going on with my grandma, why whatever was being done was being done, and any updates, and medications. She let me know what the next plans were and why. She was very attentive to the needs of my grandma and her discomfort. Christina was also real about what my grandma needed to do on her part and its importance to her recovery. She made sure she had all the people involved on the same page. When she took me aside to give me some raw truths of how important it was for my grandma to do things my grandma did not want to do, Christina was genuinely concerned. She was firm with the facts and proactive on her part to have everyone united in the goals. Christina made sure I was informed and comfortable, she did everything she said she would and in a timely manner. I felt like she was a friend and a caregiver, and she made me feel I was involved and part of the solution.
