Chris led our team in all gaining clinical ladder with a new program he created and has presented to the clinical ladder committee in order to help ease the overwhelming amount of paperwork associated with obtaining clinical ladder. The tool he created allows individuals to easily submit and organize their applications in a concise manner. Ultimately allowing applicants to spend more time on education than the logistics. He was able to gather his colleagues and support them. Chris has helped me to stabilize a decompensating patient. He always goes above and beyond his call of duty to help our unit. Chris is a true team player he is always ready to lend a hand, he is compassionate and a great leader.
