What an efficient man! He took care of my brother (who has multiple sclerosis) and never made my brother feel uncomfortable or ill at ease. I knew if we needed anything all we had to do was ask.
Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and attentive were just some of the qualities he displayed.
Since lots of care is required for my brother, I am very aware of how difficult that can be for the nursing staff. I can't tell you what it meant to know he was on duty and right around one of the corners. He was always easy to find.
One of the most impressive things I witnessed was the questions he answered for us and helping his extern do his job all while sharing his knowledge with all of us (patient, family member, other staff and even people passing him in the halls looking for something). My experience at the hospital, being concerned about my brother, was lightened by this good, kind, knowledgeable nurse.
