Cindy's excellent nursing skills provided her the opportunity to join a major PH initiative to decrease the patients with high encounters to the hospital. Just a short time into this initiative she has already prevented re-hospitalizations by facilitating prescriptions to be filled after hours, making extra visits for teaching and communication with physicians. She continues to go above and beyond for her patients and the organization.
