Around 10 P.M. one night last month, the Progressive Care Unit was having trouble with a wound vac. I decided to text Cindy for help even though I wasn't sure if she would be awake.
She called back, from Disney World!Not only did she call and walk the RN through the steps needed to correct the wound vac issue, but she gave instruction for the dressing, in case the wound vac wouldn't work. Cindy also called later in the night to make sure all was well. Cindy always goes above and beyond and truly cares for our patients!
