She is truly a great human being, she is warm, cheerful, empathetic, positive, extremely professional, and always gives the best herself for her patients and families.
My 75-year-old husband was hospitalized for 2 months, when we knew about his disease the news hit us like a ton of bricks, we were distressed about the situation and his health condition. Now I can say that we are victorious, the storm is over, he is well and only the memory remains as a bitter pill to swallow.
With all the bad and unexpected news, I am very grateful to the nurses who took care of him and the wonderful care he received especially from nurse Cindy, her presence with my husband and family was fundamental.
She was always happy and positive, inspiring joy and trying to cheer my husband up, she would play music she liked and figuratively "dance" with him, she would take his hands and move them to the music making him feel the rhythm.
On Father's Day, she gave me the idea to celebrate it there and texted me to ask me to send her some pictures of my husband with our children. To our surprise, she printed them out and put them on a corkboard with a "Congratulations Dad!" sign. It was a very touching moment.
