My elderly father was admitted for a cardiac event. From the moment we arrived, Clare showed such incredible care and compassion for my father's needs but also extended her care to my sister and me as we dealt with what became his end-of-life care. Clare spent time just holding his hand and speaking gently to him as he was in pain, frightened, and confused. Her presence had a direct impact on his heart rate. Clare called us with updates and sat with him to comfort him as he passed away. We cannot express how much Clare did for us all at this most difficult time.
