Claudia has a very caring ability to know how to listen. Listening, especially, in the medical field is essential and may even save lives. I know she was listening because she answered each and every one of my questions (believe me I had many) with dignity, patience, and respect. Claudia was very competent, qualified, capable, compassionate, caring, kind, courteous, and coolheaded despite my complaints in everything she did. In my humble opinion, she truly belongs in the field and I have some pretty strong beliefs that not too many people do! She calmed me when I was anxious and worried and comforted me when I cried. She gave me my meds almost always on time and if not, when she was detained taking care of another patient, she made sure to make me aware that she'd be by my side shortly!
I feel the need to mention that I was put under isolation during my stay because my roommate brought in bed bugs. Claudia educated me on the nightmare of a subject and therefore soothed my already shot nerves. She also had environmental protections come to speak to me. I rate her an A+!
