Despite having other patients to attend to, he worked quickly and efficiently, returning promptly to explain everything in detail. Not only did he serve our needs with professionalism, but he also anticipated and addressed them in an exemplary manner. When administering my medication, Cody was extremely careful and took the time to explain what the medicine was for. Once I approved, he gently gave me the shots. Although I had many questions, he answered each one with clarity and attentiveness, always accompanied by a pleasant smile. His dedication to making me feel calm and at ease stood out. I also appreciated how he thoughtfully provided XL socks and gowns that fit my larger frame. This attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. Having stayed in five hospitals across Tennessee, I can confidently say Cody’s distinctive work ethic and compassionate attitude set him apart.
