Connie has been my husband's nurse for many years. She comes to our home to refill and or change doses on his baclofen pump. Over the years she has been a great resource, a kind compassionate nurse, as well as she is always very prompt (my husband loves that about her!!)
She has gone out of her way to help us, but recently we had an issue that showed how she goes above and beyond for her patients. My husband's baclofen pump motor stopped and his critical alarm was ringing. I brought him to the emergency room and presented his Medtronic card. Nursing called Medtronic all night and could not get someone to come check the pump. The next morning at 2:30 am still in the ER, I placed a call to Connie. She was on vacation but still took my call and helped me to contact a local Medtronic rep to try to restart the pump. Connie always acts like "it's her job" but she does so much more than that. We have come to respect and love her and we are so blessed to have her in our lives!
