She is an outstanding, all around fabulous nurse and human being. She is the ultimate team player, willing to assist in any aspect of the office as necessary. For example, one day, when she was triaging calls, a patient's significant other passed out in the front office from a blood draw. She helped the patient to calm down, assisted the medical assistant with the proper positioning of the patient, and instructed the front staff to call for EMS personnel. She did not leave the patient's side until care was taken over by EMS personnel. She then went along her day by helping to order office supplies, assist with blood draws, and triage calls for priorities of care. She is always the first person to say yes to assist anyone with any difficulties in any capacity, all with a smile on her face. She is an example of an excellent worker and team player.

In addition, she is compassionate with all patients and always tries to relieve their anxieties with genuine care and concern. She grows her knowledge base and skills on a regular basis. Her exemplary efforts most definitely deserve a DAISY Award.
