Nurse Courtney has taken care of my three children for the past 7 years. She is the ONLY one whom my children will allow to give them shots. Courtney always greets us with a smiling face and when she knows the kids need multiple shots she brings them treats to offset the shots. Never do I have to wait on Courtney to call and check on them when they are sick she calls like clockwork to make sure they are doing great or makes an appointment if they need to be seen again. Courtney has been a Godsend to my family. I feel at ease when dealing with Nurse Courtney and know she is listening to me and helping me to the best of her ability.

Courtney is so dedicated and loves her job she is very thorough, loving, caring and treats all her patients/babies as if they are her own. CHI should be proud and honored to have her on their team.

We are extremely proud and honored to have Courtney on our team. She is a member of our Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Population Health Committee. She has contributed to numerous Performance Improvement projects, and she is always first to volunteer when we need someone to help out. She is a great mentor for our new LVNs, MAs and nursing students.
