Courtney Jackson took the best care of my grandmother for many days during her stay. She went above and beyond every time, making sure my grandmother was comfortable, happy, and healthy. She was patient and understanding even when my grandma couldn’t get her words out. Courtney stayed late to get a form submitted, so my grandmother had a better chance at getting an MRI the next day. She always checked on everyone in the room once she was done with my grandmother. She was gentle and never got annoyed with any of our family asking questions or requesting more testing. Courtney made my grandmother feel like she was at home and made her laugh until her belly hurt, and that’s more than we could have ever asked for. We loved Courtney so much and hope that if we ever come here again, we will have her take care of us because we know we are in great hands.
