In addition to all the special attributes that I checked on the nomination form, Cristina showed true concern and attended to my grandson's needs almost always on her own. I rarely saw a CNA or assistant working with her. She responded to him with such compassion, speaking to him gently and coaxing him along as she took care of his bed sores. Subsequently, he also responded to her in a positive way. She would frequently check to make sure he was comfortable. She also consistently let me know what she was doing and always asked me if I needed anything. She was an amazing, caring and loving nurse.
