Our mother was enrolled in hospice care and Crystal took amazing care of our mother for 5 months. Her devotion and dedication to providing exceptional nursing care was so apparent. We were repeatedly impressed as we watched Crystal provide not only professional care but a level of personal and compassionate care to our mother. Crystal was outstanding in communicating with family and was in frequent contact, updating us on her decline and helping us to best attend to our mother's needs. Because of Crystal's expert guidance we were able to get up to Maine in time to bear witness to our mother's last 4 days of life. We could not have asked for anything more as we watched her provide comfort to our mother in the final days of her life. Our biggest fear was that due to COVID and distance that we would not be able to be present in her dying process. Observing Crystal use her loving kindness and humor as she 'held the space' for our mother and all of us in the last days of her life. It was so reassuring that our mother was receiving the ultimate level of care that anyone deserves to be offered in the dying process. Please commend Crystal. She clearly goes above and beyond. It is obvious this level of caregiving is part of her very core.
