I had been transported by ambulance to receive six stitches on my middle toe right foot. I am terrified of needles, and the whole process was extremely painful. However, all the nurses and staff were so patient and sweet. Now I am home and called in excruciating pain, hysterically crying. My foot swelled due to the laceration on my toe as well as the bottom of my foot, and the joints were bruised and swollen as well. When I called, Crystal picked up and was very patient and caring. She asked me a few questions. I begged if I could get crutches just to take the pressure off because it felt like the stitches were going to rupture as I walked, and they were bleeding so badly. She told me to eat a little something, ice it, elevate it, and if it gets worse, to come get the crutches. I met her in person. She has a sweet tone, and genuine vibe was met when I got the chance to do this, I knew that I wanted to get her something for how good she was to me.
