We noticed right off in the ER that Crystal knew her stuff and remained busy the whole time taking care of my husband. He was a very sick man and had visited the ER three times in one week. Crystal stayed with us as the ER doctor was sending my husband, by helicopter, to Charleston Area Medical Center. Crystal, realizing how serious his condition was, gave us encouraging words as we were preparing to leave for Charleston, WV. Even though hope for recovery was slim, we can't say enough about Crystal's knowledge and care. She seemed to know exactly what to do. She happened to be the ER nurse on all three visits. Maybe God meant for her to be there as our caregiver. We certainly will not forget her. Her acts of kindness and help were truly appreciated.
