"Crystal Foster was truly put through the workout by my grandfather. He is 91 years old and has some dementia. He fell on Thanksgiving and broke his hip. After surgery he went to the MICU then became quite loopy. We had a roller coaster ride all day long with him. I want to acknowledge Crystal's tremendous depth of patience and understanding. We needed her constantly that day and she never lost her temper. She was careful to not jump to restraints too soon and involved the family at every step. I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart."
