Crystal went above and beyond as my nurse in this unit. She had an excellent bedside manner, never lost track of time, and catered to everything with a smile on her face. She was very gentle and provided care with compassion. If I asked her for anything, she immediately took care of my requests. Crystal became my nurse after several days of being here. She was the first to discover that my baby was breathing rapidly. As a first time mom, I thought nothing of it. She took her time listening to my baby's breathing and took her to the nursery for respiratory observation. It was concluded that she needed to stay for a few days in the NICU. Without her diligence, I may have taken her home and something awful may have happened in my care at home. Thank you, Crystal!
