Cynthia always treats her fellow employees with compassion and excellence. She shows integrity, accountability, and excellence in all she does. I am her supervisor and she is always going above and beyond what she needs to do. I never have to worry about her getting along with others or not doing her work. She is a sweet, kind, and caring person. She always greets her patients with a smile. She is always a ray of sunshine in our clinic. She is respectful and just an all-around great person. In one particular situation, Cynthia showed compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence all rolled into one. She went above and beyond to help a patient get her medication and correct a mistake that was made by a previous employee. She was able to get a very expensive medication for the patient through a patient assistance program, free for the patient. Not many employees would have spent the time to do what she did. She had to spend multiple hours on the phone with the patient assistance program, the pharmacy, and the patient. She did all of this on her own. The patient was so thankful to God and to us for all Cynthia did to help her.
