Cynthia always has a good attitude and remains positive at all times. She goes throughout the department helping all staff with daily tasks. She is always willing to jump in whenever. The patients are given educational resources and positive advice from Mrs. Hayes. She is very nice to the patients and offers compassionate care to each one. Cynthia makes the working environment healthy and makes coming in to work an enjoyable experience. I am proud and honored to work with an individual with these qualities.

Cynthia comes to work every day with a smile on her face. She helps out her co-workers in any way possible and goes out of her way to make sure the job gets done.
