Our dad experienced cardiac arrest and was brought into the ER. He had to be intubated and was taken to the ICU. Our lives were flipped in a matter of minutes. The following day we met Daisy. She not only did a wonderful job of taking care of Dad, but when things got worse, she also took care of our family. She tried to offer hope and peace. She helped us to understand the situation we were in. She went above and beyond all expectations. She even brought the doctors into the waiting room so the entire family could hear the updates and situation. She was able to handle our outburst as well as the gamut of emotions we all went through. Daisy made one of the most terrible situations we had ever faced comprehensible. She was there to help answer our questions and there were many. She helped to make sure that we were taken care of. She always made sure dad was as comfortable as possible while maintaining his dignity. She has a very gentle and caring touch. We are grateful that she was able to be there to help guide us all. We will never forget and will forever be grateful!
