We came to the ER with our young son, and we were really worried about him. From the moment Dan walked us back to our room, he was amazing. Throughout the whole process, Dan was caring and compassionate about our situation and didn't minimize our worries. He made sure our son was warm and comfortable, and my husband and me, as well. It felt like we had a friend and advocate in the ER. He made our stressful visit bearable and comfortable. I can honestly say that Dan was the best nurse we have ever had in the ER. He treated us like family and not just another number. I am so glad we had the opportunity to have Dan as our nurse. Thank you for employing such a wonderful person.
