Daniela set the tone for us when she opened the door with a huge smile. From our first interaction, she has been a breath of fresh air! We had been in the hospital for quite some time and Daniela comforted and brought peace to us. The first night we had Daniela, my mom received some discouraging news from the doctor. My mom was very sad and crying, Daniela comforted my mom and cared for her, so much that we requested to have her again. Daniela has a sweet persona and she is well deserving of The DAISY Award. We are so thankful that we had a chance to spend time with her during our stay at NCH.

Daniela is passionate, kind, fun, loving and we enjoyed her as a nurse. Our RN to patient relationship was excellent. She made us have pleasant nights, two nights in a row. We would like to request her every time that she works!
