Daniela Lucero fixes everything all the time! I had emergency knee surgery due to an infection, and I had a horrible experience with daytime and nighttime care leading up to the surgery. They told me that Daniela would be my nurse. They said all my worries would disappear because Daniela is a star, and boy, they were right! Daniela came into the room on rounds and saw me crying hysterically. She put her arms around me, and I cried into her arms. She hugged me, and somehow, she helped me calm down and feel secure. After a lot of traumatic experiences in hospitals, I have terrible anxiety and fear. We talked for a while, and it was really helpful. She held me in her arms for quite a while. I think they coined the phrase "Healing Touch" because of her. It was amazing. She just knew what I needed and took care of it.
