Mom is 95 and is 7 days post-op. It's been a delicate job of balancing fluids, weight, and swelling. I went home last night just hoping all aspects were being watched. I was a bit nervous to leave her alone after staying with her the past 7 nights. We met Danielle about 15 minutes after we arrived the next morning. She was efficient, kind, and engaging with a warm smile. She spent time with us, answered our questions, listened to our concerns and took appropriate actions. It was assuring to know someone had the big picture! It just so happened that today was the day I needed someone like Danielle. We are thankful and grateful!
