I have had so many positive interactions with David over the past few years that I just have to reach out and make sure he gets recognized. Firstly, my son has special needs and gets frequent ear infections, so we have had many trips to Rapid Care, and David is always THE BEST. He is so patient and kind to my son, and talks to him like a normal person. He spends the extra time checking in with me and makes me feel understood/heard, even when it’s just “that Mom feeling” he has an ear infection.

Then, over the winter, my Mom had bronchitis and ended up in Rapid Care. She raved about her nurse, who was so kind and empathetic. He insisted that she get a CXR because he was concerned about her breathing and advocated for her to the provider. When she said it was a male nurse, I was like “Oh, that’s David! He’s wonderful!” and she agreed.

Lastly, my daughter was there last night for a finger/hand injury. He had her laughing and talking about gymnastics. He was gentle when wrapping her finger and was very patient and kind with her.

David is a gem nurse and never seems to have a “bad day”. Every encounter I have ever had with him has been so positive, and you can just tell that he cares.
