I am beyond impressed with this NP's professionalism, compassion, and dedication to serving veterans. During my appointment, this NP consistently demonstrated an unparalleled level of care and understanding for me and my medical conditions. This has significantly eased my concerns and reaffirmed my trust in the VA healthcare system. Furthermore, when I inquired about his motivation for serving veterans, this NP humbly expressed that it is his duty to do so. A sentiment that deeply resonated with me. 

On the weekend, I was in need of medical care, so I called the call center on Saturday and left a message for this NP. He called me within an hour of having left the message and addressed all of the care needs that I expressed concern over. This NP, spent over an hour of this time with me on the phone.
