My grandfather is a patient for the third time in 7 years on this floor. Dawn Foster is hands down the best nurse I’ve ever come in contact with. After 10 days of grandpa refusing PT, Dawn got him out of bed, on the toilet, ate lunch and into a recliner! All in under an hour! With her encouragement he is now at Select and doing PT 2 times a day!
