Debbie consistently exhibits excellent interpersonal skills with our patients. Debbie will strike up a conversation with the patient while placing an IV or drawing blood to keep their mind off the procedure. Patients are very happy and willing to tell Debbie where they are from, what they did for a living and many life stories. Debbie exhibits human respect and empathy for all of her patients. She serves on the Emergency Room Committee and the Information Systems Committee. She was a Super User for the electronic McKesson charting program. Debbie also serves as a preceptor for our new nurse orientees and continually sets an example for her fellow team members.
