Our daughter B was admitted to the Pych Emergency Room after having a mental breakdown during her senior year at High School. She was a straight "A" student who was enjoying her senior year until one day, her breakdown drove her to the airport and was Baker Acted and was brought to Broward Health Medical Center. 

Debbie was very patient with our whole family and overall very understanding. This was a new experience for us. She spoke to us several times in detail, explaining what was happening and what to expect. This helped ease B's anxiety and fears with this whole entire process. Every time we called, she answered with no signs of annoyance or aggravation. She has the heart of an angel, comforting us along the way. She also called several times to give us updates on what was going on.

Miss Debbie went above and beyond during this hard time to comfort our daughter and us during this process. And she personally made sure B got upstairs safely. There is no amount of money in the world or words that can describe the level of gratitude that we have for her and the rest of the staff at the Psych facility at Broward Health Medical Center. We also want to thank the nurse manager for her help and support and all the physicians who also called us with updates and worked with us. From the bottom of our hearts, we say thank you.
