Deborah is an angel on earth. My son has severe food allergies and Deborah went out of her way to help us get a specialty prescription in order for him to complete a clinical trial.  Time was of the essence in getting this prescription acquired and administered, and she worked tirelessly to get him what he needed in order to start his therapy.  She is kind and follows through in every instance I have ever needed assistance with, either with insurance, scheduling, or getting special lab work requested.  She truly cares about her patients and will go above and beyond to make sure they are helped in any way she can.

Debbie went ABOVE AND BEYOND while helping me get my son’s medication filled. She advocated for me continuously until it was successfully filled. She called the pharmacy and insurance company multiple times over the course of days to get it done. She never complained and always had a smile on her face while dealing with the frustrating situation. She also was sure to keep me informed the entire time. I never felt out of the loop and knew exactly what was being done. When we came to the office, she was extremely helpful and had such a wonderful bedside manner. She is an amazing nurse and has her patient's best interests at heart.

Debbie has always gone above and beyond for her patients. She never leaves work until all patient calls have been returned, and their questions are answered. One patient has a life-threatening immune deficiency and, due to insurance issues, was not able to get his infusions. She spent hours on the phone (even when she was supposed to be off work and was not getting paid) with Medicaid and Infusion services to make this happen. Without these monthly infusions, the young boy would get severe lung infections that can even be fatal. This is the kind of thing Debbie has done time and again over the past 20 years without ever asking for thanks or recognition

About a year ago I started getting allergy shots again after many years. I am a working mom and have a very busy travel schedule so I wasn’t sure that I would be able to keep up with the shots. Debbie has helped me figure out the best times to come to the shot clinic to receive my shots. She has encouraged me to keep up with it and now I have made it all the way to Maintenance. This is great because I only need to come once a month to receive my shots. Debbie has also been very helpful with answering my questions about allergy meds. Thank you, Debbie, for encouraging me to stick with it! I have enjoyed all the seasons much more now that my allergies are in control.
