My husband was in horrid pain. We ended up in the ER with Deborah as our nurse, a very knowledgeable and straightforward veteran RN. She was patient with my husband and helped him think of other things to get his mind off his pain. She was determined to make him comfortable. She was very confident in everything she did for my husband. She went above and beyond for his comfort and care overall. She was the same nurse as we had to come back for the same issue. She remembered my husband. She was even more compassionate, being that we left and had the same problem. She was very on top of explaining what is going on and what the next step will be. She is genuinely compassionate and caring. It was truly a blessing to have her as our nurse. I think her scrub shirt was hiding her angel wings.
