Deborah exudes what it means to be nurse. She is dedicated to her patients, the physicians, and her co-workers. Deborah has been in nursing twenty plus years and still has the ability and passion to give so freely and willingly to her job. She always has a smile on her face and rarely complains about the demands of the job. Deborah has a love for her patients and truly gives 110 percent to being their advocate. The physicians, nurses and nursing aides know if there is an unresolved issue it is Deborah they go to. She is an example other nurses should strive to be like.

Deborah consistently excels at her clinical nursing duties with an abundance of skill and knowledge. One cannot help being impressed with her dedication to the patients, providers and other clinical staff. I've seen her treat everyone with respect and dignity starting from the wife of an executive to a homeless patient.
