A few months back I had been assigned the ICU turf where I used to work only PCU. I immediately felt welcome by Deb Frizzell. She stood out among her peers. Not only is her appearance professionally outstanding, but she has positive energy that radiates all around her. I have a hard job, often feeling overwhelmed. Deb has a way of making EVS staff feel unpressured, and she is a supportive team player, realizing how to use environmental services to support her role. For a young woman, I feel she has talent and great ability, and is an asset to MedWest. She is calm under pressure and well liked and her peers. She deserves recognition. Great job Deb – and thanks!
