Debra is such an amazing and kind-spirited person! Even through stressful situations, she never fails to smile and make sure everyone around her is doing well. She is compassionate and always respectful when talking to patients and other workers. She takes her time to place each and every patient. 

She works very hard and even comes in on her days off to make sure she finds patients the perfect place to go. She doesn't stop until the patient is satisfied and that they know that Cape Fear focuses on making them happy. I feel as if she deserves to be recognized because she goes above and beyond for patients, and she does this every single day.  

She is an amazing person to work with and be around!  She is dedicated, patient, thorough, and highly skilled. She works with our patients who have difficult dispositions, resulting in abnormally long Lengths of Stays. She has successfully paved the way for dozens of safe discharges for patients who had otherwise stagnant dispositions prior to her joining Cape Fear. We are so happy and feel beyond blessed to have her on our team. Our patients' quality of life and circumstances have improved greatly because of her commitment, diligence, and compassion. Furthermore, she comes to work, day in and day out, with a genuine smile and an air of optimism for her co-workers and her patients, which is infectious. We appreciate her more than we can say, and I cannot think of anyone else more deserving of a DAISY Award than Miss Debra.
