I was in after disc surgery L5 - S1 and I had 2 cannulas in my left arm and the medicine was not going easy through the cannula which caused a swelling in my arm and it was very painful. Then nurse Deepa came at night shift, she noticed that immediately and asked me about the pain and I answered "Yes" so she did the following:
- She was smiling
- Explained what she is going to do for me.
- Assured me once the cannula is changed to the right side, the pain will go away
- Cannulated my right arm in a professional way so that I can receive painkiller there and then, removed the cannula from the left arm which took away my pain. She monitors me time to time that night without even asking her to come.
Frankly you have an excellent team at your hospital especially professional employees like sister Deepa, who has great skills and experience and art of communication with patient and rapid response and know how to deal with difficult situations, taking in to account the hospital reputation and reflecting a positive image about the hospital and the excellent services it is providing. All the above made me took the decision of dealing only with Prime Hospital.
