Devora Glazer has consistently demonstrated the Patients First mission effortlessly. The moment that she walks into the building every day, her contagious positivity radiates to both patients and staff alike. Devora comes in every day with the intention to serve our patients, nothing more, nothing less. When asked to help in other departments aside from cardiology, Devora jumps in with grace and enthusiasm. This can be anything from helping the MRI department with glucagon injections, to being the first responder to call lights in all corners of the building, and to logging into the Endocrinology pools to help her fellow nurses stay afloat.

Devora never complains and always approaches challenges with a “can-do” attitude. She treats her role as a nurse to serve the patients, no matter how the opportunity presents itself. She doesn’t restrict her talents as a nurse to her own department, but instead extends her abilities as far as she is able, never getting flustered along the way. Devora is also a pleasure to the staff that she works with - always easy to talk to while also being a consummate professional. She engages the team by hosting potlucks and helping with holiday party planning. Devora is a true treasure to Glenview, and we are lucky to have her!
